Where to start or stop with Jannett? Since 2014 it's been my privilege to work alongside her; to watch, listen and learn. The impact of her knowledge and skills on me, personally and professionally, cannot be measured and to try to do it justice in a short testimonial like this is not possible. In short, she has led my learning and supported my practitioner evolution from a starting position of cultural awareness to being empowered to apply an intersectional lens to my neurodiversity specialist work: from coaching and assessing to training and supervision.

This has added significant value to my offer, enabling me to question unhelpful narratives, and instead dare to meet my clients in brave dialogue about race equity. Jannett continues to lead the neurodiversity practitioner community by speaking truth to power. She does this with verve and a rigour that only inspires reflection for growth and change.
