Dyslexia. Dyspraxia. ADHD. Autism. The meanings we give to “conditions” that come under the umbrella of neurodiversity affect the way we see ourselves and are seen by others. Workplace cultures that continue to default to a majority way of thinking and behaving, miss out on the creativity, productivity and perspectives of colleagues from underestimated groups. This is compounded when overlapping identities (e.g. gender, race, age, etc.) are present.
We provide strength-based coaching* for neurodivergent employees and entrepreneurs to help them develop and embed strategies to enhance confidence, wellbeing and performance e.g. organisation, time management, emotional regulation, etc.
We coach line managers on how to work inclusively with their colleagues improve wellbeing and performance e.g. celebrating their strengths, delivering timely developmental feedback, making, providing clear examples of what is expected, etc.
