Talk & Transform®
An interactive online workshop series for building race-conscious, inclusive workplace dialogue.
Talk & Transform® is a CPD accredited two-part online workshop designed to help individuals unpack their thoughts and feelings around race and racism. Through open, action-focused dialogue, participants gain the confidence and tools to foster anti-racist practice and inclusive behaviour at work.
What to expect:
Two 3-hour online sessions
Interactive and engaging, with breakout discussions, quizzes, and polls.
Practical tools & techniques
Learn how to have honest, empathetic culturally informed conversations with colleagues about race equity and inclusion.
Commitment to change
Both sessions must be attended for a deeper, sustained impact.
Pre-session preparation
Light prep work (e.g. short readings or videos) to contextualise learning.
Between-session conversation
Participants are asked to have an authentic race-related conversation with another attendee between sessions.
